Our Qualifications
A & M Cheese Co. is serious about food safety. The American
Institute of Baking performs annual audits of our facility. In
2012 and 2013 A & M
Cheese Co. received a SUPERIOR rating (the highest possible). AIB
audits are accepted world-wide as a proven foundation for food
safety programs. AIB has been one of the forerunners of food safety
education since 1919.
A & M Cheese Co. is also registered in the Directory of Sanitary
Approved Food Establishments for Armed Forces Procurement.
